Unique solutions are often required to make the perfect wheelchair – fitted with components that meet your standards and design as a producer. We have developed customized solutions in close collaboration with our partners for decades, and today, a large part of our production consists of those unique products.
Customized solutions
Based on MBL or Omobic standard products, we create unique components that fit customer-specific requirements and needs. Whether it comes to a special design of a front castor, a wheelchair frame curved to perfection, side guards in carbon, seating systems, or just a push rim with tailormade dimensions.
OEM service
Beyond customized wheelchair components, we also offer Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) of manual and powered wheelchairs, rollators, care beds – you name it. With our decades of experience within wheelchair engineering, own tool shop, and extensive production set-up, we have the competences needed to successfully complete your projects.
Carbon solutions
With our carbon solutions we are pushing the limits of mobility. Due to it's exceptional strengh-to-weight ratio and vibration dampening properties, carbon fiber compotens are even more lightweight, durable and comfortable than aluminium.
Outsourcing
For over a decade, we have worked intensively with outsourcing of high-quality products from different industries to our factories placed in China and Poland. It’s a process we understand from A-Z.
At each site, our teams of skilled engineers and project managers are ready to help. If the product is not yet developed, you can also outsource the R&D phase partly or fully to us. We collaborate closely with you throughout the process, and we emphasize complete openness and dialogue. This way we obtain the highest level of comfort and satisfaction for both parties.
