PU tire manufacturing
Significant production of low-pressure polyurethane (PU) tires. 5 PU pouring machines, 85 work-stations in total.
Broad range of CNC machines
Broad range of 24 CNC lathing and milling machines for production of high precision parts.
Robotic welding
4 automated welding robotic stations.
Aluminum die casting
Aluminum die casting capabilities incl. 1 cutting machine, heat treatment machines, 2 injections machines 400T and 200T.
Plastic injection moulding
Plastic injection capabilities with 10 machines producing small to medium-sized plastic components.
Branch specific production
Specialized in production of manual wheelchairs, rollators, textiles, PU foamed products, QR axles, rear wheels, push rims, and hubs.
Sheet laser cutting and bending
Metal sheet laser cutting unit and brakes press.

3 modern sheet laser cutters and 3 sheet bending machines.
3D tube bending machine
Able to bend in 3 different dimensions. Maximum length of the bended element is 6m.
Automated powder coating
Advanced powder coating line with automated application.
Shot blasting
Surface treatment as preparation for high quality powder coating.
