At MBL continuous improvement is part of our everyday work. It is embedded in the way we think, collaborate, and develop our solutions for the rehabilitation industry. What truly drives this progress are the people behind it – our team.

For several years now we have been running our internal Kaizen programme, which gives employees the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our company. We strongly believe that the best ideas often come from those who work closest to the processes every day. That is why we create space for our team members to share their observations, suggestions, and improvements.

The programme focuses on key areas that are fundamental to the way we operate: economy, work standards, ergonomics and employee health, safety, and quality. Throughout the year our employees submit their ideas on how to improve our operations, make work more efficient, and create an even better working environment. Many of these ideas turn into real changes implemented in our daily work.

On 27 February we once again had the pleasure of celebrating this spirit of innovation during our annual Kaizen event. It is always a special moment for us – a time to recognise the creativity, commitment, and engagement of our colleagues. During the evening we awarded 3 initiatives that brought the most value to the organisation. We also awarded 12 honorable mentions.

At MBL we believe that strong companies are built by strong teams. Listening to our employees, valuing their experience, and encouraging their ideas is one of the ways we continue to grow. Their knowledge, dedication, and willingness to improve make a real difference – not only inside our company, but also for the people who rely on the mobility solutions we create.
