MBL Kaizen

At MBL we improve.

Continuously. In many areas. And we strive to get valuable input coming from different sources. Above all – from our team. During the last few years, we have followed the Kaizen programme which allows our employees to share their ideas regarding optimization of our operations.

The program is based on four pillars: economy, work standards, work ergonomics/health, safety and quality. Our employees can submit their ideas. At the end of each quarter the jury awards the best projects. And many of them are being implemented.

Every year we organize a banquet to celebrate the great ideas with our great team. Such a celebration took place on 7th of March this year where we gave awards to the three most valuable projects.

We are happy that we can grow stronger together. Together with our business partners, but also together with our motivated and skilled employees.
